BENEFITS: The specially shaped grate surface does not mark the cheeses and maintains excellent aeration

WASHING: Food grade polypropylene articles should be washed with alkaline solutions containing 1/2% chlorine. Nitric acid solutions are not recommended, as they cause deterioration of the plastic over time.

FOOD CONTACT APPROVED: The food grade polypropylene frame is made from certified raw materials and is suitable for food contact under the EC regulations and directives.
